Hey I just bought a '04 Yfz and I wanted to take out the spark plug but it is right under de gas tank is there a way to take it out without taking the gas tank off.

if you got the tool kit for it there should be a spark plug tool

 

Take the gas tank off, it doesn't take long. I always like to clean the top of the engine up first, as the plug sits down in a ways and otherwise it would be easy for crud to fall down in. The whole process is just less aggravating with the tank pulled.

 

ok thanks i'll take off the gas tank for now but im gonna see if i can find the spark plug tool there...thanks guys
