Invert your wheels the right way
A guy on another forum posted these links to a great idea for you guys who are likely to invert your wheels on the sport quads with disc brakes.... These are "recessed" valve stems.

Done that,..... I just thought this was a better answer to the issue. It also helps to reduce or even eliminate stem damage while trail riding. It's a good idea for several reasons. The only downside I could find was the same as Koopa's.... Might lose the filler piece. But I decided I'd probably bag it and keep it under the seat aliong with my yet to be installed Dead man Tether switch...... LOL and of course, my tire gage.

Shouldn't be "in the way" on the trails, but occaisionally rocks and sticks can jump up on the rim.... I cut one half way off with some rocks once, so I'm familiar with that. I guess that's why I am an advocate. It's not always about the price in my life, so I could handle the flush mount pieces. It's a smooth look some may prefer also, and could be the right touch for some showing cars and stuff too.....
