i was recently out riding my raptor .and a guy on a warrior came up to me and asked me what all i had done to it being he seen me get a nice wheelie in second gear and how much faster it was top speed wise. so ill ask has any one clocked a raptor 350 ? i have a uni filter ,moose jet kit and a white brothers (mx4 i think)pipe and hole shot tires .o and know clue how it wheelied in second it came up so i rode it out lol
also is the warrior heavior or just diffrent plastics?

 

My understanding is they are the same basically..... little different frame and a couple of mods..... but super similar.

I'll wait for Koopa to chime in on the speed thing.....

 

ok cool. im not really in to the speed part as i have a hard time jugging distances ran down way to many haybails allready lol. im more in to the accelaration my self i have only used 6th gear maybe twice .

 

Yeah,.... I'm with you. Sixth is a gear rarely seen on my Blaster too. I think it sees that gear sometimes when it's not running, and the grandkids are sitting on it too......

I need to clean it up for a new photo. I've done some mods to it since last photogged. It has newer shocks and YFZ450 rear rims and tires.....

The Warrior is about 25 pounds heavier so in theory the Raptor should be a little faster......by most accounts top speed is around 58-60 or so in stock form......
