I had my 05 660 grizzly out for a spin the other day and it started bogging out. I will just be driving down the trail holding a fairly steady speed and its almost like it hits a limiter causing it to back off. And when it does this the reverse light lights up along with the gear Im in. Ill shut it off itll go away and eventually do it again. Im guessing the reverse light coming on is some type of error code or something but im not sure what. Any ideas???

 

I read at another forum that the 660's had problems with the reverse light coming on, something to do with a defect in the instrument panel or something which yamaha later addressed and fixed.

 

It is a code u will have to call the stealership and they should be able to tell u what it is..
