Who has the cheapest? Is there and Chrome option. Should I get the pipe and sil or get the filter, needles and jet kit. Or should I get the pipe and sil + get a pro-flow kit with k&n filter, and buy my own jets and needles.

 

Why rejet twice. Spend the extra money and get the combo, youll save money and agravation. It depends if race or ride trails on what set up you should get.
