Belt Life Question

Thanks CraZySteve, that is exactly what I was looking for before I started this thread. Would the procedure be the same for an older Grizzly 600? It looks fairly simple.

Pretty much --- it REALLY is easy to do... just takes about an hour when all said and done.

I take my belt off during the winter and clean the belt / clutches while the quad sits until the Spring.

Well I plan on using my wheeler for ice fishing, which may be just around the corner, so I'll change out the belt and see how she runs. Thanks again.

The best way I have found to change the belt, take off the left floorboard then take off the housing and the carrage cover ther are 2 bold holes in the rear pully just use the #10 bold you just took of the carrage cover screw them in, this pushes the sping assembly in and you can now slip off the old belt
