My Timberwolf starts ok, cold blooded, idles good, and runs good, until you give it more than half throttle. Then it just bogs and coughs. I have rebiult and cleaned the carb. I have the needle set 1 up from the bottom. Everything is stock. I have not adjusted the valves. Carb or valves?

 

I have now adjusted the valves and it is better but not fixed. Could it be electrical? I have a new coil, plug and plug wire.
