Default Grizzly 350

Hey I was at my local dealership checking out the grizzly 350. I might be interested in buying one and was wondering what people have to say about them.

dirt wheels and atv mag both did reviews on this machine, both said it was underpowered, both mags said the prarie 360 was a better machine. my self am not a yamaha fan at all, i would much rather have a kawi if not a cat or honda

Their very reliable machines, all depends on what your using it for. It's only a 350 so don't expect it to do the work of a farm tractor or anything crazy but for going around trails/property they are great quads.

08700efi, I disagree with you, things like this are a matter of preference. People buy what works/rides best to them. Opinions appreciated, but I think Yamaha builds some great machines.

i know the grizzly 660/700 is a proven machine, and yes no matter what brand anyone likes, its all preference. the only bad thing the mags said about it was its under powered, just saying the kawi has good power, reliability, and a front diff lock like the grizz 350. just giving my opinion.

I would cross shop the Polaris 400 HO. It has 455cc 29 hp engine stuffed in a Hawkeye chassis.

The midsized Kawasaki Prairies are very good machines. My 300 (That I paid $1500 USD for two years ago) is a 2WD and goes like hell thru stuff it shouldn't be able to. The Kawi's have low range and that is huge. The 360 is a refined version of the 300. I've driven a buddies 360 and it is a very capable, comfortable machine. I haven't ridden a Grizzlie 350, so I can't have an opinion of that ride. It could be great, but don't expect the big bore power hit from a midsized ute.

Idk if I would buy another polaris. I have a big bear 350 and a scrambler 400, big bears got tons of hours on it and the only things iv had to replace are wheel bearings and brake pads, but it seems like every time I ride the scrambler something seems to break on it. Idk much about the newer polaris's i guess id have to go check one out but i would still prefer to buy a yamaha, maybe a honda. Im just looking for a smaller 4x4 to replace my big bear. I guess i could sell both wheelers and buy a grizzly 700
