Quick Warrior Question
#1
Got a buddy looking at an older warrior. The owner is not sure the year, but he does remember it was the first year with reverse? Do you what year that was? And are they good bikes?

Warrior's always had reverse. That was one of Yamaha's big time selling points with the Warrior.
Get the VIN number off the frame (lower left frame rail just in front of the footpegs) and go here ATV VIN Number to determine the year from the 10th digit (charts halfway down the page or so)\
Anyhow, yes, Warrior's are good bikes if the price and condition is right. They're very reliable and last forever, but anymore you can find 400EX's and such for similar prices that have better suspensions and a little more power.
