I don't have a way aorund it.... but I'll tell you,... the pullers are available, on EBAY and about any MC/ATV online store. A Quick hint once you get a puller.... They Thread into the flywheel left-handed... They're pretty cheap... might as well look into it.

The puller is not that expensive and it makes the job VERY easy. If you think you may be doing this again in the future it's worth the investment. If don't plan on doing it again you can take it down to have it done but, probably still more expensive than the puller.

Nice! It is easy, there's nothing to it but, being easy doesn't usually stop the dealers from charging an hour of labor. Glad to see there are still a few good people out there willing to help a guy out. Good luck with it.

i agree with you on that koopa. they are a small town dealership. they have been around since the 80s. they always hook me up. anyway, i got it off and got to my crankshaft. gota have a new one. there is about a quarter inch of side2side play and a half an inch up and down play. i found a handfull of busted metal in side my cases. i believe it is a bearing or washer out of the crankshaft. luckily i have another warrior to ride until i get me a new crankshaft

yea i believe so!lol. i found a guy a cuple miles up the road from my house with another warrior he wants to sell. it has been seting in the weather for about six months. it will crank up and run fine, but as soon as i put it in gear it dies. it will idle fine. it will choke down if i give it gas in nuetral. i put the back wheel up on a block and shifted through all the gears fine. any ideas whats wrong with it? i think the carb neads a good cleaning

Ya, If it's been sitting the carb is the first place I'd go. I've also heard of them having issues with the parking break system but, more than likely in this case it's the carb.
