05 YFZ450 Oil change

Just picked up an 05 YFZ450 Special edition and want to change the oil. Is there an Oil Filter? And where is it located on the motor? And What oil do you guys recomend and how much should it take to fill?

I also forgot to ask if you check the oil whit the dipstick screwed in, or with the threads just touching?
