raptor help?

RAPTORR13,
What mods are you talking about?
Jimmie,
Is that a trick statement or something, I mean if you widen ANY vehicle, it's less prone to tip over. You probaly wanted someone to attack you or were you secretly trying to let everybody know your wife's knowledge on ATV's.

I'm about to buy a Raptor. I don't see why it is so narrow. Before I even ride it I will have the +2" A-arms and +2 axle on it. I like the stance of the DS, but the Raptor is lighter, cheaper, and has reverse. Plus parts and service will be cheaper and easier, as well as aftermarket stuff.
It is a strange marketing strategy though, 'cause out of the box it is a long way from what anybody really wants. It just has oodles of potential. I just figure I have to spend the extra grand to get it right. But I've spent that much on my Polaris H.O. and that pig still won't fly. At least with the Raptor you know what it can and can't do and how much it will cost.
