Mine was getting stuck so much because the rear left hub was rounded

Back to your issue, I would check the grounds on the lights. You would still have voltage showing up at the plug. Run a lead wire from a ground point to the ground side of the plug and then tunr on the lights to see if they work. If so, check the ground wire up to the point where it connects too. Take the brake hose loose at the master and let it gravity bleed to that point, tap on the master body some to break up large bubbles so they can pass through. Then reatach the hose and bleed the system.
