Default Bear Tracker 250

OK, so I added some seafoam to the fuel tank and the machine seems to be running better. At 10 below zero I can pull the choke all the way way out at it starts right up. The choke seems to have 2 different levels. First thing I do when atv is cold is I pull the choke all the way out. After it warms up I press the choke in until the first click. After some riding I try and push the choke all the way in and it starts to sputter like it is starving for gas. At this point if I pull the choke out just a little it runs fine again.

Why does it sputter when the choke is pushed all the way in? I mean I can just barly pull in out and it will run fine...

Thanks
