Thermostat? Does it have one? I don't know too much about liquid cooled bikes, only going off other liquid cooled engines.

Are the radiators blocked? Getting plenty of air flow? Is it overheating while sitting still in the shop or while riding? How hot is it getting, do you have a temp gauge? What's it do when it does overheat, just puke coolant into the overflow tank or start to heat seize? Need more details for a better help post-back.

Always used distilled water in it? It's recommended because the water lines and inlets are so small that if build up occurs it can slow the flow extremely.

No thermostat. It overheats when you are climbing hills or running hard. Can hear the coolant boiling in the radiator and it shoots it into the overhead bottle and empties out the radiator.

Sounds like a weak radiator cap or you may have a low heat transfer issue with the radiators. Have you thought about adding and fan to it? Also on the worst case seniro side, you may have a gasket leaking some compression into the water jacket under a load of highier rpm's.

Has new rad cap I also had the rad tested flow test was good and
It held 25 psi during a pressure test. The bike has been rebuilt because it
had low compression so it got rebuilt. It has all new gaskets and 2 new hoses the lower hose fell a little soft and upper is hard it never used to overheat before, when it first overheated it was bubbling out of the top of the head studs. So I first replaced the headgasket and that didn't work someone told me that the engine is wrapped I think it might have air in system still.

I'm in OK and we have triple digit summers. Every 'shee I've seen around here would boil the fluid in trails and climbing hills. Especially after killing it and letting it sit. If you don't open her up and get air to it expect it to happen. That was one of the reason's my brother traded his for a 450R. (Which have seen some of them also do it on rare occasions.)

When we were looking up solutions we came across a high flow impeller that was suppose to move more water. Might be worth checking into.

Also, check if it's running lean. The head may not have sealed up letting air in. That will make it run very hot but, if that's the case you wouldn't keep it from running hot.

you may consider jetting. mine was getting hot and i rejetted it and it settled down quite a bit since. if its lean it will put more heat in the motor. just a thought.
