I use my ATV predominately off-road and fuel usage is not really an issue. I fill up the tank when it gets less than half full on the gauge.

It can be a issue on the rides we do, I get 100 miles on a fill up but two people I ride with get 60 miles on there 350 Grizzly and SP800 but its because they have small tanks rather fuel milage. They carry extra gas can but it is a hassle that can be done without if they had larger gas tanks.

Pelato, just curious what your height and weight is? If you're tall, you have more wind resistance, if you're heavier you have more rolling resistance, or both. My buddy and I both have Honda Rancher 420s and he's 6'2 at 250 and I am 5'7 at 165 and after a full day's ride I'll have 1/4 tank left and he'll be running on reserve. Also depends on tire pressure, if your PSI is low you have more rolling resistance and the tires are smaller in diameter meaning they have to turn more to get the same distance as compared to tires that are properly inflated.
