Default New Dual Exhaust

I just recently installed a brand new dual DMC Force 4 exhaust system onto my raptor 700 (2007). When i run it the headers on this exhaust gets cherry red hot and glows even! Whats going on?? Will a DMC efi controller help? Is my coolant not flowing? why who where what etc etc etc????
Anyone experience this before?

Yes you need a controller ASAP you are running the engine WAY to lean and if you keep it up you will destroy the engine. You are getting and letting to much air in and out without enough fuel causing this situation! My choice would be the Dynatek (PMC III) with down loadable fuel maps to suit your kinda riding needs!

THANKS!!! I havent taken it out of the garage yet cause i knew something was wrong with that.. but instead of dropping $300 i first wanted to ask around.. Wouldnt it be best to get the dmc controller considering its a dmc exhaust? and once i purchase it, how do i know how much to increase the fuel injection to? i know the controllers are pretty basic with like 2 buttons but i can go overboard can i not?

There will be nothing wrong with the DMC controller but if you want the best and to be able to have limitless fuel maps for future engine upgrades go with the PMC III!

It is easy r over all to use but not as versatile if you plan on having motor work done! Can you use it sure but as I said there are tones more maps for the the III. All you sand dragers use the the the II for this reason! I am one for buying something once and making it work for a lifetime.

+1 on the controller but don't be surprised when it is tuned and the head pipes still glow at idle. That part is normal especially with aftermarket headers.

the pc5 is at a point where i would recomend it 100% over the pc3, same price, maps can now be interchanged from the pc3 to pc5. its a nice unit. and btw all the dmc controller is a pos repackaged dobeck. good for the big 3 but once u go in that engine imo they r close to worthless, just to hard to tune in right.
