I am having some trouble with my big bear 400... its a little older bike but in good shape never ran hard.. the problem is it wont turn over.. the pull start wont pull and when i take the sparkplug out it pulls just fine. it also wont start by electric starter it makes a stuggling screetching noise.. i replaced the starter rellay but the problem still persists. PLEASE HELP!!
