It helps.
Do you know of any way to test ride a wolverine a see if it is the right thing.
I know dealers will let you ride them, but i don't know that riding it around the parking lot is an appropraite test.

Best thing would be to ride someone elses.Maybe a friend or something. If there are any trails around the dealer you'd be able to better determine. Well, if you have a truck and the dealer is willing to let you bring it to the trails along with the dealer? Doubt it but I guess its how bad the dealer wants to make the sale. If there are any other dealers around like Honda or Suzuki, etc... you could see what they'd be willing to do for you and then tell the Yamaha dealer what the other guys doing for u. Competition is a sweet thing sometimes.

Other than that, I don't really know.. I'm around 5'9" and I find the bike is plenty big for me. I even find it to be the largest bike I've ridden and every atv I've driven felt perfect for my size. I find the Wolverine a bit big but I like it. I have a friend whos 6' and he liked it a lot. He weighs around 235 lbs.
