just seems like some loose wiring or maybe a bad ground to me, i dont work on bikes likes yours much but thats wut it seems like, try playing with some wires while its running and inspect them and see if you can find anything going on.

Don't know if it has a rev limiter on reverse but if it does could the rev limiter be kicking in when the reverse light come on? I'm not familiar with that machine so I can't help with why the reverse light is coming on.

I think your pribably right Sisco. Its probably kickin in when the indicater comes on to keep from damaging itself. I just gotta figure out whats causing that indicator to come on. im gonna try what 91warrior357 suggested this mornin and go from there ill update my thread later. Thanks for your thaught man I appriciate it.

Well i tried messin with the wiring all around the shifter and everywere else I could and never had a lick of trouble. I guess its back to the drawing board. Is there something like a shift position sensor on this four wheeler and if so could that be it?
