Default Wiring help for an odd Yamaha

I've got an 89' Prohauler that has needs some wiring help. This is a project bike, kind of a Frankenstien now. Has some parts from a Tri moto 225 DX. I've used the CDI unit from the Tri moto and can't seem to get any spark to the plug.
I can get the neutral light to light up while pulling the pull start so I know something is working. I do not have a manual for this bike, but am using a Bear Tracker 250 manual for specs. It's close but not quite right and missing alot of switches in the wiring diagram.

I've tested the coil/plug boot and they test fine. The CDI magneto tests a little high for one test and little low for the other. But again, not sure if I have right specs for this bike. Could this be the culprit?

I would like to find out how to test the CDI unit also. Since I'm not sure if this one worked or not. Anyone have any info?

Any advice would be appreciated!
