Having issues with the carb. Got it cleaned out but it seems as though someone has messed with the air/fuel screw. How many turns out does it need to be set at? I'm assuming that's the no start issue. I have spark and getting fuel I believe. I tried spraying some starter fluid in it and it didn't fire then. Any suggestions?

 

If you shot starter fluid in it,.... and it didn't kick over..... It may not be carb issues. but adjusting the air/fuel screw out to 1.5 turns, is generally a good starting place..... try it a few times at that and adjust out 1/2 turn at a time after that. I think mine is at 3.5 turns..... but it's a different Yamaha....

 

I messed with it some more and it fired up a couple times but that was with me holding the throttle about a 1/4 of the way. I will try adjusting the screw a little more.

 

I would clean the pilot jet one more time.
