Grizzly 700 will not go into R or P

Grizzly 700 will not go into R or P
I tried pulling in the brake and selecting reverse and it feels like it is jammed. The shifter acts like it is locked out of going into reverse and park. How does that lock work? Is it there an electric switch on the brake handle?
