about one hour on rebuilt topend,it starts up first kick, funs and idles like a champ, i go on short ride 5to 10min then it starts bogging and dies, reeds are fine(vforce3),, ive tried230,260,280, jets, pilot is stock, needle in middle grove, airbox lid and tors removed, moose filter clean and oiled, stock exhaust, carb clean, float level correct, air screw 11/2out, currently have 260 main jet in carb, no air leaks,, i dont know what else to check, it runs like atop for about 5min then it starts runnen like **** and dies, let it sit for a few then it starts back up runs like a top for 5min or so

I know you said it's fine but, sounds like the float. Sounds like it's running long enough to fill the bowl with gas and bogging out. is the overflow draining gas or maybe stopped up?

Ignition components usually break down once warm so it could be something along those lines...CDI or IGN coil possibly...try this for the heck of it fire it up when its cold and ride it around until it starts bogging like you said then switch the fuel off on the petcock and keep riding around, if it clears up before it shuts off then it is a carb problem like float height or something.
