Polished throttle cover, custom

Check it out, I polished my throttle cover and painted around the yammy logo, came out pretty nice, its not actually polished more like brushed, here is a picture of it

I soaked it in nail polish remover and scraped what paint off that I could, paint thinner would have speeded up the process x10, then I just sanded it with very fine sand paper for a couple hours (buffing wheel is way quicker) make sure you sand it all the same direction to give it the "brushed" look, otherwise it will look all scratched up. If you use a buffer you dont have to worry about that. The paint is just model paint (enamel), just slapped it on there and after it dried sanded it off (instead of trying to paint around each letter) and it looks mint... came out perfect.
