rhino brakes

did the rear brake pads on our 2007 rhino 660. bled the and gotallair out.still no brakes. the pedalgoes down about half inch and on test drive front ones work but no back.any suggestions? the piston--is it tobe allway in or just at a point where thepads are touching on the caliper.hopei am saying this right as hubbyout trying it!

Why did you have the bleed the brakes if all you did was change the pads? When just changing the pads use a c-clamp and squeeze the caliper in and put new pads in. Once you get the calipers reattached pump the brakes back up and you should be good to go. If something took place that you actually did get air in the lines you need to bleed them more than you ever thought you would need to...with the size if the lines, a little air goes a long way in making the brakes non-functioning. Is the rhino all one system meaning the rear and front brakes all work off of one resevoir and one pedal? If this is the case I would bleed out all of the brakes...front (both sides) and rear. Brake fluid is cheap...keep bleeding!
