Default 87 warrior.......................................

87 warrior bored .050 over, wiseco piston, k&n filter, 6 1 inch holes in lid with uni filters, white bros. e-series slip on, 152.5 main with bigger needle and clip in middle position, 45 pilot,

here's the prob..... i cleaned the carb a million times and there are no air leaks trust me.... it doesn't want to idle right. it has a rolling idle... i can't turn the fuel screw no more than 1 turn out other wise it will die. and they do not make a pilot jet size in between 42.5 and 45. it goes from 42.5 right to 45. believe me i went to the yami dealer and called yami direct and they do not make a size in between. it ran awsome in the winter. i'm about to sell this f*****ing thing. oh and also it does not have an 87 carb. the carb is off a 90-93. any help would be great thx

First, I am not really sure what you mean by "rolling idle." Second, the fuel screwshould be able to compensate the small size difference between a 42.5 and a 45. Since it isn't, then it is time to start checking function on that carb. Have you checked your float level? is the needle valve still OK? The rubber tends to harden and it doesn't seal effectively over time. Have you tried swapping out for fresh gas and a new spark plug?
