Okay Take cam sprocket cover off, take inspection cap out of left engine cover turn engine over with wrench until T mark is inside of inspection hole ,then make sure the piston and cam is TDC ,you have marking on sprocket and head casting and make sure to match up. if the marks are off then loosen chain tensioner or remove tensioner assy., and rotate chain off sprocket to the correct location, now this is for machanical timing ONLY not ignition timing...What do you need?

Okay make sure you piston is tdc, then make sure your camshaft is tdc? When you know both are tdc then only then!!!! loose tenisionor, then take cam sprocket bolt out and rotate chain off the sprocket until the sprocket is lined up with marks. If you are uncomable doing this get an manual.... If you are okay than thats fine! Your next problem is why is it out of time? Did it jump time? or did someone put out of time? Did bend values?....

my flywheel or rotor like its called is off,i think the crankshaft key way broke and the rotor moved and that is why my bike wont run because it spark's when its not suppose to.so i have to go buy some tools to remove the rotor and inspect the crank key
