Of the jets you replace, was one of them the idle jet? Also, if the quad sits up for fairly long periods of time, I have seen idle jets get plugged up. My 125 Grizz is bad about doing that. They will generally crank and run with the choke on, but as soon as you turn the choke off, they die.

No, my idle jet and needle are stock. I just upped the main jet by 10-15. I don't remember which right now. In the really, really, cold weather i just pull the choke all the way out, start it, and slowly lower the choke as the motor warms up. once she's warm she runs as if it was a summer day.
