Big Bear 350 1990 stalling in water

Hi i have a 350 big bear 1990 and it keeps stalling in water over about 30cm deep its like it has no spark as soon as i get towed out of water it starts up again fine and runs perfect like its something shorting out any ideas? cheers

Spray everything with a water proofing electrical ignition spray or DIELECTRIC Grease.
