Default Timberwolf bogs down after sinking in water

Its starting to warm up and today i was on the ice around the farm and my bike went through. Its not that deep maybe 2 feet but the engine just came to a complete stop. I winched out and as soon as i touched tge start button it started as if nothing happened. Now it bogs down under load. It will rev real high with no problems in neutral or lower gears but as i start cycling through the gears gaining speed it just makes a popping/coughing sound. Any ideas on what i could have done would really be appreciated.

First thing I would do is check the oil and make sure it doesn't look like chocolate milk...if it does you took in water in which case you would have to do some oil changes to get that taken care of. It also sounds like maybe water in gas or general carb issues...
