Hi,
I am in the process of pulling down the above ATV (it has dropped 3rd gear, broken tooth)
Can not seem to get the primary drive gear/balance gear off the crankshaft, I have removed the circlip and tried to lever the gear off!!!

any ideas would be get....pictures would be even better.
ps; is the primary drive gear and balance gear one single unit?

Do you have a manual?. Here's one you can download for $6.95. The engines should be the same.

thanks for the reply, yeah I have a workshop manual....it says remove the circlip and remove the gear????
it will not budge.
