One thought....with the octane booster added, it leans the fuel mixture out and makes it tougher for jetting, and much easier for a meltdown. You would only be making it easier for yourself going with the pump gas only combination. The JE piston will probably last as long as your stock piston would, or about 10 times longer than a Wiseco. Oh yeah...don't back out on sending the stuff to those guys so the labor and machine services will be done correctly...end result...more riding for you!

BikeWorks claimed that 50HP was the limit for the stock carbs. Did the guys at Trinity have anything to say about this?

I am going to Glamis this weekend and I will check out the Trinity Raptor and report back. (they said they will be there). We will be at comp hill on Saturday morning for the ASA trash clean up. For all you mid west and east coast snow riders...we will have clear 75+ degree weather at the sand toy capital of the world. :-)

let me know about it blueleader! I am taking my top end off tomorrow or friday and ups red labeling it to them!

as far as carbs, I assume they are using stock carbs, they didn't say anything about bigger carbs, they told me they'd tell me the recommended jetting (so I assume factory carbs)

cannot wait! hope they don't have the top end long!
