wolverine 450 rod bearing replacement

hey guys i need to change my connecting rod bearing due to excessive play which damage my piston rings exc.so my question is can i replace my rod bearing with the engine still on the chasis?

No because the case has to be split no way to do that with the engine still in the quad

i can lift it off the mounts but don't have to remove it completely
