big bear clutch probs!!

Better that then $600 from the yamaha dealer...

i know all that lads but ive just been made redundant so trying to convince herself is not easy..... ho hum such is life!!

think i've found one in the uk which is a lttle closer than you guys!!! from the photo's it seems to be in good shape. on mine the springs have nearly worn through the holes in the shoes and the linings are all but gone with grooves in the housing!! there was about a 2 sec delay in opening the throttle and actualy moving!! its gonna cost me about $140 shipped thanks for the replies and links to sites, i saved all of them!

Sounds great !.....now, post some pictures of the bad clutch and new clutch so we can all see the damage ! Then, go out and take some pictures of that great countryside you have to ride in, must be really beautiful over there with all the big rolling hills. Make sure the repaired ATV is in all of them !!

new(to me) clutch arrived and fitted and its better..... think now its the main clutch pack slipping

Sounds like the former owner beat the snot out of that poor quad, looks like you are getting close, good luck and keep us posted !!

i hear ya!! the old " 1 careful owner and 6 that didnt give a crap!!"

Just put a aftermarket racing clutch in my 350 warrior but now it dosent seem to engage I adjusted the clutch down by the motor and it just dosent seem to wont to sit right either makes it alot worse or just a little better any ideas

This is a post about the semi-auto clutch on a 350 Big Bear, totally different from your set up, please don't hijack threads with different questions, I would go to the sport quad or Yamaha section and start a new thread for your problem.
