currious about a 721 raptor

i was thinking of upgrading to a 721 cause i suffer from tim allen syndrome. but here is what im currious about ok with it upgraded to a 721 my cousin thinks that a 721 would be too much power for very tight woods bacicly in some places the wheels rub the trees and it is full of turns so i cant make my quad any longer other wise it will be like turning a boat around to keep the wheels down im so i can actually steer through the trees on a 721 i was thinking of also putting a top end cam on it and a 15 tooth sprocket and a highend pipe and do yall think that would be enough to tame a 721 so i could ride through the woods fast and lap people on the strait aways

what do yall think

wishihadmyraptor,

I understand any sympathize with your syndrome, but with the kind of riding you do it doesn't sound like you will be able to take advantage of the big bore (maybe if you were desert racing). I personally feel you would be better off with the stock motor, 11 or 12 tooth sprocket and spend the money you saved on your suspension.

suspention is on its way tcs all around and well with me i dont seem to have any problems racing with the 13 tooth and my cousin who has bacicly the same set up as me well most of the xc races he competes in well he came in 1-2 in the pro level for our local circuit since he had the quad so im kinda hesitant to switch gearing since i know how to ride it as it is but i still want more power r-r-r
