Yep. The Float Needle was bad causing the float to be out of adjustment.
Don't know why the dealer would install a Bad Float needle, but I'm expecting a refund on the labor.

Well if you took them your carb kit to install, and it was bad. You can't expect a refund on their labor for the installation of a part you furnished. I am sure its hard to see if there is a sine scratch or split in the face. Just my 2 cents

I would have done the work myself, but I need to be out of town and had to have the ATV for a hunting trip the week I returned.
BTW: The dealer gave me a gift certificate for half the labor cost.
