A weekend or so ago my buddies and I went to Rocky Ridge, there was a 400 there and wanted to race....My raptors got a Curtis Sparks pipe and thats it....the 400 was a 440 plus a DB pipe......We must have Raced 30 times problably 250 yards long......start line was mostly dirt with a little grass....It all depended on the start.....I'll say this I bet I beat him maybe 5 times out of 30....he probably beat me 10 times and the rest were even.....the guy was really consistent on his starts and I'm pretty good but the raptor is so touchy on starts with stock tires.....anyway whoever got the best start won period....I couldn't pull him and he couldn't pull on me.....Pretty fast 400....oh and scoobyDFW was there racing with us too and he was even with all of us too(ds650,pipe,carb)......Just wanted to tell a story I guess....like the guy said before, there is always gonna be someone faster...just have fun
