2011 model looks like this http://p1.bikepics.com/2011%5C01%5C0...26482-full.jpg
What else can I check for this turning off problem before I start messing around with tors?

looks like a pretty penny you have there there
very nice i must say
But I'd be willing to bet the idle screw is just below the gas tank under the seat. you say you've already checked the little things, is it getting enough air when its running, (I put my hand over the plastic hose thingey thats over the airbox, see if its suckin). We once couldnt get a blaster over 25 mph, i took a look and the air-hose wasnt connected all the way to the carb. So if its not the idle screw its probably something little..
hope you get something out of me ramblin ..
