There's no question that you need to rejet big time. At your sea level elev. you need to goto at least a 157 main jet for a test ride/plug read. You may find after reading your (new) plug that a 157.5 is called for. I would leave the jet needle in the nominal position #3. Always jet for 3/4 to full throttle, which is the main jet before changing anything else. Then when that is finished you can check performance in the other circuits. I'd be quite sure your needle jet will be okay at stock.

I have a 99 Warrior with a White Brothers E-Series with 7 discs on it, K&N air filer and 4 one inch holes in the lid. I live at about 1400ft and I have a 150 main jet, 45 pilot jet and I think the clip is either 3rd or 4th. I think it is the 4th position. My Warrior runs great.
