Congratulations on the new ride! Just curious where in Maine did you book your trip. Every year for my birthday in June my wife allows me a little destination ride for a few days. Just trying to figure out where I want to go this year. By the way I live in New Hampshire so Maine close by and I have already ridden almost all the state trails in New Hampshire.

 

Thousands of miles of trails here statewide. You'll have fun I'm sure of it. With this lack of a winter trails should hopefully open earlier.

 

For the Maine trip, we will be staying at Northern Outdoors (the Forks). You can get on the trail right from the tent sight. $55 for two nights in what they call a cabin tent. Basicly it is a canvas tent on a wooden platfrom, with two cots and a light bulb.

I am also from MA. I bought a 2011 brute force 750 from cherry hill nj for 6400 otd. Then a couple of months ago I bought a grizzly 450eps from the aquatic center in mchenry md for 5999 otd. eBay is great for finding deals if you don't mind driving a bit. The grizzly was 9 hours away so I used uship and got it delivered for 300. So even for 6300 delivered it was still cheaper than buying around here
