86 moto 4 transmission noises

86 moto 4 transmission noises
ok when i start my 1986 moto 4 250, it runs fine. I can get it into first and second gear fine but not reverse. is there a trick to it? and when i am driving it, when i am on the throttle it makes a grinding buzzing noise, not when i am idling or reving when in neutral, once in gear it makes a bad buzzing noise. what is it? how can it be fixed?
