New owner of 350. First mod?

The Wal Mart trickle chargers are cheap and work just fine.
I usually change oil every couple of rides(about 5-6 hours) on the YFZ unless they are long rides. The 350 does not need to be babied so much and can safely go 2 or 3 times that with no issue. See, this is where the hour meter helps

You know I have a K&N cone air filter that was taken out of my old car. I wonder if I would have to re-jet the carb if I put in just an intake? Any help would be great. Thanks!

If the K&N filter from your car will fit inside the airbox like the stock filter and you don't do any airbox mods like remover the airbox lid or put holes in the airbox then you shouldn't have to rejet. If you're talking about removing the airbox and air intake tube and just mounting the airfilter onto the carb then you would definately have to rejet.
I did this on an a Mojave 250 that I used to race in the late 80's and early 90's and I made more power with running a modified airbox (several holes drilled in the airbox lid). From what I've found airbox mods usually work best with a pipe change at the minimum. There really isn't much need to increase airflow going in if it is restricted going out.You should really contact Fuel Customs Intake (FCI) if you're serious about finding more power on the air intake side.Factory Team Kawasaki uses their equipment so they probably have a clue about what they're doing with intake modifications.

Aftermarket bars tend to be more durable in a crash. Mostly I have replaced bars to get a more comfortable bend though. Using "fat bars" with an anti vibe/anti shock mount system makes riding over the long haul and at speeds more comfortable.

I like Renthal. I actually own Fasst Flex bars and they are great, but I actually meant "fat bars" As in something like this Trail Tech Bar Clamp With Renthal Fat Bar Combo | MotoSport
I didn't figure you were looking to drop the $$ on Fasst, although those are bars you keep and transfer to the next machine. The regular fat bars tend to be sturdier and make more sense when/if upgrading to an anti vibe clamp.

I want some black rims, not the homemade painted one. Those usually chip off pretty bad. My question is, do all the raptors (350, 450, 660, 700 and 700r) share the same size, offsize and bolt pattern? I see some on CL and it's listed for only 450 or 700. The size are the same but I don't know about the off set or the bolt pattern.
