I have Works triple rates (without rezzy's)on the front and the stock shock on the rear.I've adjusted the compression and rebound on the rear shock to compensate for the fronts.I'm still tank slapping in the whoops though. The fronts are harsh in the small stuff, but soak up the big jumps well.I should have got the shocks with rezzy's and adjustable compression.I ride mostly in the dunes but would like to start mx racing.Anyone interested in buying these shocks, let me know, there in excellent condition and perform much better than stock.I want to try some zero preloads.

I had TCS shocks on my raptor triple rate with res and comp adjust and they are great for the raptor it lowers the ride height and no more diving in turns. Go with TCS for the raptor because of the lower ride height and they work great but get triple rate unless you mainly ride mx then dual rates are fine. If you need TCS I can save you $$$ on any shock but TCS as I stated are the way to go for the raptor. Good luck and let me know if you need any help on shock prices there is a 30day waiting period though but its well worth the wait.

Thanks for the response.I ordered some Elka shocks on March 22nd and i will have them on the 28th.It seems to be a high quality shock, and Martin at Elka was very knowledgeable and helpful. He said the Elka shocks,to him,are between Ohlins and Axis as far as quality and performance. There shock is extremely good looking in my opinion.I'll let you know how they work.

Please keep us posted...I am looking at new shocks myself. I plan on getting the rear shock re-built but need some insight on new fronts.
