2000 Warrior 350 - Start problems

I checked the timing and it was out 180. I'll check valves and compression tomorrow. Thanks again!

Wow I just hope the piston has not come in contact with one of the valves and bent it.

Yeah I'm afraid of that too. Is there a good way for the to check the valves to see if they are damaged?

Leak down test is the best way IMO...But everyone dont have an gauge for that. Guess prolly check to see if the value gap is real wide on one value...OR just check compression readings is another way.....Good Luck.

Checked compression. 100 psi. Also took a long time to reach 100. Any thoughts?

IMO that is alittle low But not think that would be that much tho if you had an bent value....The ideal wouldbe 130-180 IMO.
