I need help.
IDK how to set/time my woodruff key if anyone can help PLEASE do so.

I'm not 100% on the actual question... are you having problems getting something on over it? If so, just use a dab of grease on the shaft and try to get the woodruff as flat as possible or a tiny bit leaning down towards what you're trying to put on it and it should go on fairly easily as it shouldn't be a tapered shaft.

 

I actually need to know exactlt how to replace it.
Old one broke and i have NO IDEA how to replace it PROPERLY

 

Ok I timed it it's running now.
Yet another problem.
Smoke and lots of it.
I've changed the oil it appears the oil is coming from the cylinder.
Headgasket?
Cylinder valves?
Oil ring?
I'm not sure reply for more details.
