I just bought a Keihin 28 PWK carb. for my 1990 Blaster. I have a DG pipe/silencer, Power reeds, and the cylinder is bored .2 over. It doesn't want to idle and when it stalls, you have to pull it off. Once I hit a certain part of the powerband, it just goes down from there. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Have you tried adjusting the idle speed with the adjustment screw on the right side of the carb? Have you tried adjusting the air mixture screw on the left side of the carb? Have you tried different pilot jets which control the fuel mixture at idle?

Yep. I have adjusted it just like my Yamaha dealer said, but it didn't make a difference. I guess I'll take it to the shop and have it fixed.
