what setup is better, the vetos timing adv. key or the prodesign timing adv. plate?

How much does the vetos key cost? I think it is cheaper than the 90 to 100 dollar plate.

Are there any probs. with the vitos key? I heard shearing.

What would you recommend to me? I am buying either or really soon...

I just got the Vito key, and installed it, it was $24.00 plus I bought the $11.00 fly wheel puller. You will need a puller with either PD or Key, and I used a impact wrench to get the bolt off. I tried to remove the bolt with a just socket/ hand wrench, it just turned the wheels ( I have no park brake ) There is not a good place to stop the flywheel from turning. If 4 degree is all you need The Key is cheaper, I guess the pro-design would be nicer if money is no object.
I used loctite on the nut , just in case.

If you want ease of adjustability, go with the pro design plate. You can vary your timing over a wide range, and do so without pulling the flywheel off again. Also, no chance of shearing. It is a quality piece, well worth the money. You get what you pay for!
