I have decided to bring her back to life and it is coming along really well. But I am having two issues with it that I cant seem to figure out myself.

1. When I am driving it and get to half throttle it will sputter and die.

2. Also the electric start drains my battery. It will pull start just fine but if I try to electric start it it will click until the battery dies. Which is really fast.

Number one is my higher priority because I can pull start it just fine but any info on either would be highly appriciated.
