well i got the antique running for the first time in 7 years as of last week.... and since then i have learned all the brake cables are shot/bad.... i ordered the front lower brake cable from yamaha already but i was wondering if i could get some after market rear brake cable for the foot brake and hand brake? everything else on this machine is a beauty i haven't checked the front brake shoes yet though but i would imagine those are fine i already replaced the back brake pads and those where wrecked..... so im hoping for the best on the front brake shoes. the only other thing that is a bit off on this machine is the fuel petcock to open and close it i have to use pliers what up with that? anyways any help or advice on this machine would be much appreciated thanks!
